BRION MONUMENTAL COMPLEX by Carlo Scarpa

Carlo Scarpa is an Italian architect. He was affected the Japanese culture that called Mandala and he worked with details in his every design. Brion Cemetery was built for a family. In the tomb there are two grave that are woman’s and man’s. Scarpa use the relation between water and the structure that means that relation between the life and death. For example ın the way which goes the tomb. Way goes for two person then it decreases to a single person. Like these examples, Scarpa used many details in his structure. WE made this complex’s mock-up model and drawing set which are one plan, 2 elevation and 2 section.
